Orders are typically processed, packed with care and shipped within 2-3 business days. On rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times (such as the holidays), there may be a slight delay but we will always keep you informed from the very beginning.

Once shipped, you will receive an email notification, including a tracking number, to let you know your package is on its way.

Postal delays are not the responsibility of St. Tammany Soapworks.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

Shipping is free for all U.S. orders over $40. All shipments benefiting from free shipping are sent via the most economical class available for your order.

We do offer free local delivery or pickup. Upon placing your order, if your shipping address is within the designated postal codes, you will be notified that you qualify for the delivery or pickup option. Please note that payments using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal, the delivery option is not available.
